[Bug]: Sidebar doesn't close with keyboard shortcut when focusing chat box

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a chat (new or existing)
2. Focus the chat text area
3. Press the keybinding for toggling the sidebar (ctrl/cmd + B by default)
4. Notice the sidebar doesn't toggle

The keyboard shortcut works fine when not focusing the text area. Toggling the terminal works fine everywhere from what I can tell

Expected behavior

The sidebar should toggle when the key combination is pressed and the "When" is set to always

Actual behavior

The sidebar does not toggle
