[Feature]: Load all session in t3code within a project , even if it's opened via cli

I am not able to switch between the CLI and the desktop because the session that I start from the CLI doesn't appear in the desktop application.

Proposed solution

Load all the sessions within the same project, whether it's been created by the desktop application or created by any other tool
