[app] wavetables aren't copied to Vital's default dir on Windows

Generating a table and/or a morph correctly works and saves them locally, but don't copy them to Vital's default location.

Steps to reproduce:

Generate a WT. Observe the "User" directory of Vital not having shit.

This may also be related to standalone vs VST use. Using it as a VST on my Windows machine puts the User wavetables in my Vst64 folder. Standalone will probably have a different default value.

Correctly setting the path via the Option menu works like a charm though, yay.
