I am participating in GSSoC 2026 and would like to contribute to this issue. Could you please assign it to me?

Here is my planned approach:

• I will start with a focused topic such as Cyber Crimes or the IT Act to keep the PR small and reviewable.
• I will structure the documentation with clear sections: Overview, Key Concepts, Important Laws, Real-World Examples, and Revision Notes.
• All content will be written in beginner-friendly language with proper markdown formatting.
• I will follow the existing documentation structure of the project for consistency.
• I will avoid copy-pasted or AI-generated content and ensure everything is reviewed before submitting.
• I plan to split the work into multiple smaller PRs as suggested in the issue.
