[FEATURE] Add “Request a Course” Section

Feature Description

Add a dedicated section where users can request new courses/topics to be added to the platform.

Problem It Solves

Currently, users cannot suggest courses they want to learn. This feature will improve user engagement and help identify popular course demands.

Proposed Solution

Create a responsive form section with:

Course name input
Optional description field
Submit button

Instead of introducing a backend/form submission system right now, I think a more lightweight and open-source friendly approach would be to redirect users to a GitHub “Course Request” issue template where they can describe the course/topic they want added.

This would likely involve:

• creating a dedicated issue template under .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE
• adding a “Request a Course” section/button in the UI
• linking it to a prefilled GitHub issue page

I think this would fit the current scale and workflow of the platform much better.

If you’d be interested in implementing it in this direction instead, let me know. I’d be open to assigning it then.
