Give a description of a particular environment via list

It would be neat to be able to preview the contents of a particular setup via List

for example, to see what's in the community:hugo

devsetup -List community:hugo

Potential implementations:
devsetup -explain -name <envname>
devsetup -show -name <envname>
devsetup -details -name <envname>

Personally I am leaning towards -explain
