I want to use the GPRuler to get the GPR of Arabidopsis thaliana. But after I run the from OraganismName2ReactionList.py, I found that there are only results in the 2_GeneId2Rxns and 2_RxnId2Equation, the other 2 csv, 2_RxnId2ECs and 2_Rxns2Genes didn't contain any result.
