Use ClearType For All Fonts

Source actually doesn't use cleartype fonts, even in much newer versions instead it sticks to good old antialiased and aliased setups in windows

it would be cool that for windows sources uses cleartype for all the fonts.

If we're going to move to another font renderer, it'll probably be FreeType2 due to cross platform requirements.
