Disabled option can be selected by pressing Enter key

The disabled option cannot be selected by clicking, but it can be selected by pressing Key Up/Down and Key Enter.

This is fixed on current master by merged PR #308 (ec60ea96665b3d965aad4d857bd539b9060df72f). The implementation rejects disabled selections, skips disabled options during arrow-key navigation, handles Enter safely, and includes regression tests. The older #298 is now a conflicting subset of the merged fix, so this issue can be closed as completed.
