fix(docs): ripristina sidebar e allinea terminologia react-dom index

Ripristina i titoli sidebar italiani/inglesi esistenti che erano stati
sovrascritti con titoli upstream; mantiene solo API React DOM per
/reference/react-dom. Allinea flushSync a svuotare e usa singolare per
la sezione server rendering.
