transactional test_msg_durable hanging with Artemis 2.4.0+ (waiting fix in 2.5.0)

Due the addressing changes the test queue and the test address needs to be pre-created (#27 ). However when this is done the durable tests can't finish it's execution and the test suite is blocked.

Disabling Travis CI trigger until fix is provided.

Related test has been disabled, re-enable the tests when 2.5.0 is released
