Remove mentions of Redis driver from README
I put together an experimental Redis driver to help benchmark against some Redis job queues, but I didn't include it in the repo here (yet? it might be kind of interesting I suppose). Traces of it were left in the main README, so strip them out of there.

Neither driver installs `pg` or `sqlite3`; the application chooses its adapter.

### Redis (experimental)
742-
743-
Add `riverqueue-redis` to use Redis 7+ without either SQL adapter:
744-
745-
```ruby
746-
require "riverqueue-redis"
747-
748-
pool = RedisClient.config(url: ENV.fetch("REDIS_URL")).new_pool(size: 10)
749-
client = River::Client.new(
750-
River::Driver::Redis.new(pool, prefix: "my_app", schema: "shared"),
751-
config: River::Config.new(
752-
queues: {ruby: 10},
753-
workers: River::Workers.new.add(SortWorker)
754-
)
755-
).start
756-
```
757-
758-
Ruby and Go's experimental `riverredisv9` driver can share the same namespace,
759-
using identical job records, indexes, and ID allocation. Stop the client before
760-
closing the pool. No migrations are needed. Redis-only transactions cannot be
761-
atomic with application SQL writes; Rails integration and Pro's SQL-backed
762-
features are not supported. See the [Redis driver guide](../driver/riverqueue-redis/README.md)

for durability requirements, compatibility, and other experimental limitations.
