[BUG]: New Quantity Request Button Text Not Updating

Current Behavior

When you click the "+New Quantity Request" button, the text changes to "Please wait..." and a new modal appears. If you x out of that modal, the text on the original button remains "Please wait..."

Expected Behavior

Text should change back to "+New Quantity Request" after user exits modal.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Sign into the application with org_admin1@example.com user
2. Click hamburger menu and select "Requests"
3. Click "+New Quantity Request" button (a new modal should appear)
4. Click x on the modal
5. Observe text on the original button
