docs: refresh portfolio one-pager visuals

What

• Refresh the committed one-pager PDF/PNG after rerunning the live screenshot capture pipeline.
• Record the visual-sync status in the sanitized portfolio handoff bundle.

Why

• Keep the one-pager aligned with the current hero workspace screenshot from the verified mock-mode app.

How

• Ran node docs/screenshots/live-capture.mjs.
• Ran node docs/screenshots/rebuild-contact-sheet.mjs.
• Ran node docs/one-pager/generate.mjs.
• Rebuilt the editable deck PPTX with npm run build under docs/deck; no tracked PPTX diff resulted.
• Noted that the deck PDF preview could not be regenerated because soffice is unavailable locally.

Testing

• Visual review of docs/screenshots/renders/contact-sheet.png.
• Visual review of docs/one-pager/AssistSupport-one-pager.png.
• pnpm exec prettier --check ... for related docs.
• Sanitized boundary scans for stale company-domain/person/vendor terms and encrypted-drive exception terms.
• Stale prompt/caption scan for old demo/video copy.
