docs: refresh deck pdf preview

What

• Regenerate the LinkedIn Live deck PDF preview from the current editable PPTX.
• Document the bundled Codex runtime soffice command in the deck README.
• Add a current artifact inventory to the sanitized portfolio handoff bundle.

Why

• Close the last portfolio collateral gap after the one-pager visual refresh: the deck PDF preview now matches the current PPTX again.

How

• Used /Users/d/.cache/codex-runtimes/codex-primary-runtime/dependencies/bin/soffice to export docs/deck/AssistSupport-LinkedIn-Live.pdf.
• Rendered all 12 PDF pages with pdftoppm and visually reviewed a generated contact sheet.
• Recorded artifact inventory for screenshots, one-pager, deck, video script, rehearsal kit, and case study.

Testing

• pdfinfo docs/deck/AssistSupport-LinkedIn-Live.pdf reports 12 pages, 16:9 page size, unencrypted PDF.
• Rendered all 12 pages with pdftoppm; visually reviewed /tmp/assistsupport-deck-pdf-preview-*/deck-pdf-contact-sheet.png.
• Verified one-pager/contact-sheet dimensions with sips.
• pnpm exec prettier --check ... for related docs.
• Sanitized boundary scans for stale company-domain/person/vendor terms and encrypted-drive exception terms.
• Stale portfolio copy scan for old demo prompt/counts/port/PDF limitation.
