Removes IMPLEMENTATION-ROADMAP.md, AGENTS.md, DEMO-PLAN.md, DEMO-SCRIPT.md, CASE-STUDY.md, and .codex/ from the public root. These are internal development artifacts that do not belong in a public repo. HANDOFF.md was not present in canonical/main.
