Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• The column seq_ops_tracking_per_sample.sanger_sample_id is added to a new column in the report "Sanger Sample ID" to the right of "ID Sample LIMS"
• The column seq_ops_tracking_per_sample.sanger_sample_name is added to a new column in the report "Sanger Sample Name" to the right of "Sanger Sample ID"

Additional context
These 2 additional fields are identical for most samples but not all, especially reprocessed Heron samples.
CASM would like to use the first field to cross reference with other reports.
