#62 고려 사항 중 StatusLIne 계층 이동 필요성

StatusLine을 미리 읽어야 메세지가 유효한지 판단가능하다. 따라서 첫째줄만 가지고 StatusLine을 따로 생성할 수 있어야 한다.
