Link the tutorial and docs nav to the database HOWTOs.

Add a tutorial next-steps paragraph, list all three HOWTOs in the remaining docs sidebars, and correct the FAQ so Scriptella 1.4 and later omit the JDBC-ODBC adapter. Delete the unused changes.rss feed.
