Feature: Gitignore management from right click menu

Add menu item to the right click menu on file/folder->add to git ignore

Might be a bug then, I can click some files and there is a git ignore option but not for others:

[love-linger]

Only untracked(new) files has the Git Ignore context menu entry. It's meaning less to add this entry to a file that already added to index.
