Provide health check in Dockerfile

Currently the Dockerfile does not provide the healtcheck even though the split-synchronizer contains multiple health endpoints.

Could you provide more details on what you mean by "Dockerfile does not provide the health check"?

Additionally, for context, we expose port 3010 for the admin dashboard. You can configure this in your deployment as follows:

1. Dockerfile does not contain a health check (https://docs.docker.com/reference/dockerfile/#healthcheck)

2. The majority of hosting services do not have built-in liveness/readiness probes that could ping the HTTP path. The curl/wget is required. The image does not provide any of those tools, which adds additional overhead to the customers process. Like building, hosting, and maintaining own image.

3. The split synchronizer dashboard and no only comes with multiple endpoints that could be used towards the health check (https://help.split.io/hc/en-us/articles/360019686092-Split-Synchronizer#endpoints)
