Subject: [PATCH] chore(nix): update vendorHash for the Go module bumps

Dependabot's Go module bumps changed go.sum without updating vendorHash, so nix build fails with inconsistent vendoring on the go-modules derivation. The new hash was written by nixos-contrib/nix-update-hash.
