Improvement: collect change information on a srcDiff input

A good improvement/enhancement for nameCollector would be to add support for srcDiff files, getting name-changed information and labeling it in the output as either an insert, a delete, or a change.

Some Notes from 3/20 meeting:

• collecting names from srcDiff output, currently being collected in branch 45, needs test cases to assess the accuracy of what is collected from this srcDiff output
  ex: if a variable name foo is changed to bar, this is collected as one name-- foo|bar
• old pos vs new pos, location output needs standardized for txt, csv is simpler
• tag contains old and new location information
• some possible solutions
  something like~~ foo|bar ... foo:1:10 changed at 10:10
old|new ... old:oldLine:oldCol changed/added/deleted ect at newLine:newCol

NEED: mockup of output for several cases

• if changed --> two identical entries

Could put edit type for position. These can be different, even if names are in common
As File/Langauge/Stereotype are attributes, split with |? Moved file so all of these are together
