Thanks for the reports, and sorry for the confusion here.

We found the bug: when you authorize GitHub but haven't starred the repo yet, the site was failing silently and showing no message — so it looked like "nothing happened." The star is what completes the verification.

A fix has been pushed (1cb9289) that restores the on-screen message. Once it's deployed, please:

1. Star the repo: https://github.com/stackryze/FreeDomains
2. Go back to the Register page and click Verify again
