chore: use the organisation-wide CLA (#107)
Contributors sign the Structured World Contributor License Agreement once at https://sw.foundation/cla, and the Structured World CLA app sets the CLA status on every pull request. The repository's own CLA Assistant workflow and CLA.md are removed; nobody had signed the old document. .gitignore no longer lists local working files, which are excluded per clone. Closes #106

## Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
2727

28-
Before a first pull request can be merged, you sign the
29-
[Contributor License Agreement](CLA.md). Signing happens in the pull request:
30-
a bot posts the request, you reply with the sentence it asks for, and the
31-
signature is recorded in `signatures/` in this repository. It is a one-time
32-
step per GitHub account.
33-
34-
In short, the CLA says that you keep the copyright in your contribution, that
35-
you grant the project's copyright holder (and any successor the copyright is
36-
assigned to) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use,
37-
modify, distribute and sublicense it under any terms, and that you are entitled
38-
to make that grant. The project promises in return that your contribution stays
39-
available under Apache-2.0 and that you remain free to do anything with your
40-
own work.
41-
42-
If your employer owns what you write, ask them to confirm they permit the
43-
contribution before you sign.
28+
Before a first pull request can be merged, you sign the Structured World
29+
Contributor License Agreement once, at <https://sw.foundation/cla>. It covers
30+
every repository of the organisation and takes a minute: sign in with GitHub,
31+
confirm your e-mail address, sign. The `CLA` status on your pull request then
32+
turns green by itself.
33+
34+
You keep the copyright in your contribution. If you contribute as part of your
35+
job, your employer may also need to sign the corporate agreement; the page
36+
above explains when.
