Enhance quickstart doc to add instruction for windows

• Create run.bat to provide support for windows.
• Update make demo-run so that in windows run.bat will be called.
• Enhance readme in quickstart so that makefile is mentioned as pre-requisite and make setup is made optional for windows users as they are expected to install allure manually.
