Add support for all day events

Adding all day events is currently not possible with this package.

The iCalender specification defines all day events like this

DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:19971102
DTEND;VALUE=DATE:19971104

[mvdevries]

This would be a nice feature, i also need to make full day events.
