If a file is renamed, viewing an old diff from that file shows (File missing)

Reviewing older changes (e.g. a commit at HEAD~2) when HEAD~1 renames or deletes the file, causes the review block to not show correctly. We should only depend on the reconstructed file content, not the file currently existing.
