When restarting as Admin via File menu, ctrl-shift-grave does nothing

STR:

1. Launch taskmon as normal user. I'm using portable version and Run dialog.
2. Select Restart as Administrator under taskmon file menu.
3. Press ctrl-shift-grave to hide window.

Result: taskmon remains focused.

Notes:

1. This also happens when taskmon has been hidden with escape. When attempting to bring it back via the kb command it remains hidden.
2. When in taskmon other kb commands still work like bringing up the prefs dialog.
3. Using 0.3.1
