How to execute the Project -1 i.e., DNS packet capture and fields parsing (byte level malicious detection) in windows 11.

I'm having a sudden capstone semester project in my college , by asking me to do a project on cyber security . I searched in internet and found your 
project very interesting . But i can not able to find out how to execute the project 1. Will please help me.
