Github is not the right place for error messages from normal user, isn't it?

Why not? Here, or in the Unleashed Pascal thread on the FPC forum.

Personally I'd much rather report something on GitHub, or GitLab if I have to. If filing a report meant creating yet another account, I'd simply skip it and not report anything at all.

Worth noting that FPC itself used Mantis and SVN once, and moved to GitLab - the old issues there still say something like "imported from Mantis" in the description. They probably had a reason for doing that.
