Currently, the coverage engine evaluates data down to the user-role-transaction level, but custom simulation/override is only supported for user-role assignments. The role-transaction relationship is strictly read as-is from the database.
A section or button to allow custom overrides/simulations for the role-transaction relationship as well is needed.
