Add a feature to the ACS service to integrate it with an external tracking and alerting systems

It would be nice to add ACS integration with an external tracking and alerting systems, like Atlassian Jira.
That will give cluster administrators and security teams ability to receive critical real-time notifications directly in their preferred operational channels and track incidents.
