[LevelUp] Transparent user icons get a white outline and/or a black background

Describe the bug
User icons with a transparent background get a white outline and/or a black background. Examples:

Cog Version*
Unknown - Latest as of commit 4b70d42

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set your avatar on discord to one with a transparent background (like my avatar- discord avatar is same as github)
2. Level up or view your profile. Note: when viewing your profile, there is a smaller white outline

Expected behavior
There should be no black background or white outline, only the transparent profile image as is
