I have a iPhone screen recording which I want to add a frame around. I ran
frames video input.mp4
The resulting input_framed.mp4 has a white border around it. Next I tried
frames video --alpha input.mp4
The resulting mov file has no white border, but the file size jumps from ~15 MB to ~2.5 GB for a 20 second recording.
