Not working under Visual Studio Code

OS: Rocky Linux 8.8
IDE: Visual Studio Code 1.85.2 with latest C++ extensions installed
Symptom: simply not working
Other information: 
I added two lines in `launch.json` in order to enable the visualizer:

"showDisplayString":true
```
