PureFlow is for working developers who want a capable everyday IDE and a deliberate way to keep their own reasoning sharp while using AI. They open or create normal projects, write code in the native editor, run terminals, tests, debuggers, and source control, then call PureFlow only when they want context: documentation, a concise explanation, a question, a review of their reasoning, or an optional focused practice Rep.
Monad developers are a first-class secondary audience. PureFlow helps them inspect live Testnet state, addresses, transactions, and project readiness without turning the IDE into a wallet or crypto dashboard. Deployment verification and privacy-safe Rep publication remain receipt-backed, user-controlled write flows.
PureFlow is a developer-first VSCodium distribution with an integrated mentor and Monad workbench. The editor, Explorer, terminal, debugger, tasks, and extensions remain the product's center. PureFlow adds a compact sidebar, editor actions, command palette entries, status information, a restrained visual identity, and an optional practice mode.
Success means a developer can use PureFlow for an ordinary repository all day, ask for help without surrendering the editor, and choose a Focus Rep when deliberate practice is useful. Training is a mode, not the shell.

- Native project work: open or create a folder, edit, search, run, test, debug, and commit.
- Contextual help: explain a selection, explain why it may be structured that way, quiz the developer, find documentation, and review reasoning.
- Monad tools: live read-only Testnet health, address and transaction inspection, project diagnostics, then explicit wallet handoff and receipt-backed verification for future write flows.
- Focus Rep: an optional manual session with hypotheses, user-recorded test/debug evidence, recall, and a post-session defense.
Calm, rigorous, and professional. PureFlow should feel like a carefully tuned engineering workstation: familiar enough to trust immediately, distinct enough to recognize, and quiet enough to keep open all day. It is technical without cyberpunk theater and encouraging without gamification.
PureFlow must not resemble LeetCode, a course player, a wellness timer, an employee-surveillance dashboard, a wallet home screen, or a generic AI chat app. It must not replace the editor with a full-page webview, force a Rep before normal work, generate patches silently, claim an onchain success before verification, or show a made-up developer score.
- Keep the native IDE primary. Editor space is never taken over by PureFlow UI.
- Help on demand. Code leaves the machine only after an explicit mentor action and never during a voluntary Focus Rep.
- Prefer sources and questions over generated patches.
- Use live chain data and explicit states: unavailable, prepared, pending, safe, finalized, or failed.
- Preserve privacy by default: absolute paths, clipboard content, terminal history, goals, and background code stay local. An explicit mentor action may share only bounded code, language, line range, and a sanitized file label.
- Respect Workspace Trust. Restricted Mode keeps the sidebar and safe read-only tools available, disables configured coach calls, ignores workspace-defined network settings, and leaves trust-sensitive native actions to VSCodium.
- Make optional features visibly optional. Focus and Monad never block ordinary development.
- Preserve VSCodium compatibility through a branded portable distribution and bundled extension instead of a source fork that must chase every upstream release.
Target WCAG 2.2 AA. Every state is identifiable without color alone, every action is reachable from keyboard and command palette, focus indicators remain visible, and motion respects reduced-motion preferences. The sidebar must work from 240 to 420 pixels wide and at 200% zoom without hiding primary actions.
