The client sync process is somewhat slow ( about 10 ms /tx) and what is worse - it slows linearly with tx count.
We need to address this issues in a two directions:
- Optimize the process itself to make each transaction at least at little bit faster
- Make a new way to find out which transaction to process in a first place to reduce the whole work to be done, ideally - make it constant
