docs: re-cut v0.15 tutorials from tutorials@main#338

Repoint the release-manifest `tutorials` ref from the stale `kbg/chore/v15-migration` branch to `refs/heads/main`, and drop the existing `version-0.15` snapshot so `cut-versions.yml` regenerates it. The v0.15 snapshot was frozen from the migration branch and is missing the merged tutorial fixes (0xMiden/tutorials #206 network-transactions completion, #207 delegated proving, #208 final-consume wait, #209 Pragma v0.15 oracle). Every non-tutorial source stays pinned to its immutable v0.15 tag, so the re-cut changes tutorial content only.

version-0.15had exactly one commit (the original cut) — no hand-backports to lose. Every non-tutorial source stays pinned to its immutable v0.15 tag (protocol v0.15.3, node v0.15.0, client v0.15.2, vm v0.23.4, compiler v0.8.1, guardian v0.15.0, note-transport v0.4.1), so the re-cut changes tutorial content only.The large deletion in this diff is the old snapshot;
cut-versions.ymlregenerates it on this branch after push. Review the regenerated tutorial pages before merge.
