Small changes to Azure Container Apps instructions

Can we make these small changes to https://github.com/1Password/scim-examples/tree/main/azure-container-apps-arm#how-to-update-the-scimsession-secret and https://github.com/1Password/scim-examples/tree/main/azure-container-apps#how-to-update-the-scimsession-secret?

Change:

Choose Secrets from the Settings section in the sidebar.

to:

Choose Secrets from the Security section in the sidebar.

Change:

Choose the Revisions from the Application section in the sidebar.

to:

Choose the Revisions and replicas from the Application section in the sidebar.

Change:

Click your current active revision and choose Restart in the details pane.

to:

Click your current active revision and choose Restart revision in the details pane.
