Add the JPEG XL codestream (
FF 0A) and container signatures tomagic.detect_format, so JPEG XL files are recognized bymagic.is_imageinstead of being rejected before processing. Cover both signatures with regression tests.Validation: the focused magic regression harness passed (15 tests). The full Busted suite was not run locally because
bustedis unavailable; CI is pending.
