UEFIPAYLOAD.fd should be build with --pcd gPcAtChipsetPkgTokenSpaceGuid.PcdInitialValueRtcRegisterD=0x80 instead. See https://review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/87415 This reverts commit 72baad4.
