Restructures docs/PRODUCTION_READINESS.md from a YAAA-only checklist into the single source of truth for the whole "YAAA(=Cos72) 正式版" release across the 6 in-scope repos (yaaa + kms + airaccount-contract + sp + dvt + sdk). - Core goal: testnet (Sepolia) → ~1 month soak → mainnet; only diff = config. - Per-item tags: [测] testnet-shippable / [主] mainnet-required / [配] config-only. - Dependency graph + cross-repo matrix + consolidated testnet/mainnet release gates. - YAAA section filled; the 5 dependency repos are placeholders (with YAAA's expectations of each) to be filled from their CC-30 replies. - Maintenance: YAAA maintains this one doc, synced from coordination task CC-30 comments — repos post a table there, not their own docs. 结构清晰：依赖图 → 发布门（测试网/主网分离） → 各仓就绪表（YAAA 填实，5 依赖仓占位待 CC-30 回帖）→ 跨仓依赖矩阵 → 维护说明。[测]/[主]/[配] 三色标注体系便于追踪门控。
