AI4RA builds open, trustworthy, reusable infrastructure for research administration.

This GitHub organization is the home for AI4RA's public-facing technical products and shared assets: prompt and schema libraries, evaluation datasets, execution harnesses, MCP servers, and related reusable infrastructure. In contrast, ui-insight should generally remain the home for UI implementations of those products.

A core AI4RA pattern is the evaluation triad:

• AI4RA/prompt-library: prompts, skills, agents, schemas, and component contracts
• AI4RA/evaluation-data-sets: datasets, artifacts, and scoring references
• AI4RA/evaluation-harness: the execution leg that discovers components and datasets, runs evaluations, and records provenance
• ui-insight/AI4RA-UDM: the shared UDM foundation where applicable

These repositories are coordinated, but they are not interchangeable. Each owns a distinct contract surface and version history.

• prompt-library: versioned prompts, skills, agents, schemas, and component contracts
• evaluation-data-sets: datasets, artifacts, and scoring references for evaluation
• evaluation-harness: evaluation execution, provenance capture, and reproducible run artifacts
• mcp-efr: emerging MCP-based workflow support in the AI4RA ecosystem

Other repositories in the organization are either nascent projects or org-supporting infrastructure.

• AI4RA should be the home for reusable public-facing products, contracts, catalogs, datasets, harnesses, MCP servers, and related technical assets.
• ui-insight should be the home for UI implementations, application shells, and end-user-facing interfaces that consume those products.

This is a working organizational boundary rather than a frozen one. If you think a repository is living in the wrong place, we want that feedback.

We are still shaping the best structure for the AI4RA repository ecosystem. Feedback on repo boundaries, triad coordination, and what belongs in AI4RA versus ui-insight is welcome.
