cli.py: TRACE_FILE_HELP factorise (S1192 x3). trace_receiver.py: _parse_ts + import datetime en tete (S1192 x3). graph.py: _best_root_path extrait (S3776 16->14). archive/scanner.py: except Exception explicite (S5754) + annotations dict + comparaisons en set (hooks ruff/mypy). Tests: 79 verts.

Correctifs Sonar ciblés, zéro changement de comportement (79 tests verts) : cli.py TRACE_FILE_HELP (S1192 x3), trace_receiver _parse_ts (S1192 x3), graph _best_root_path (S3776 16->14), archive/scanner except explicite (S5754) + hygiene ruff/mypy exigée par les hooks. Restent hors scope : complexités 38/41/65 dans archive/ (legacy) et S2004 dans HTML de fixtures.
