docs: reconcile billing recovery and funding retry evidence

Records live duplicate deposit-claim proof, unchanged purchased balance, linked-owner session checks, isolated Music/Gallery crash tests, and remaining launch gates. Also isolates PR/main operations dependency installation from the unrelated system Chrome apt source after a repeated upstream checksum mismatch. Integrity validation, PostgreSQL proofs, and required CI remain mandatory. No runtime, production configuration, or financial changes. Global charging remains allowlisted and payouts remain paused. Verification: git diff --check; required CI.

Recovery evidence update: Gallery PR #31 is now merged as 7f6bb31d6a1e0c463b15d25520e4321f3f91f80c. All required checks passed, including real-Postgres backend race tests and production-build browser smoke (run 34384337895). The Chrome apt-source isolation resolved the installation failure without relaxing integrity or test gates. No Gallery runtime deployment was needed for these tests/CI/docs-only changes.

Follow-up deployment evidence: Console PR31 is merged as 98e96a4c30f20c6f236049731122c622c0bf680e and deployed as immutable Vercel dpl_GJ8fKCArScCLqcJyzoAJiLsswt2V (18:07-18:10 UTC, September 9). Required browser recovery CI passes for Google/wallet fixtures, pending receipt reload, 425/503 retries, duplicate credit, storage denial and cleanup failure without another wallet transfer. Existing signed-in production Console, Gallery and Music tabs retained sessions after reload and displayed consistent rounded purchased balances. No new payment or generation was made. Deployment record: AIPowerGrid/grid-frontend#32 . Core remains ad5a125, charging allowlisted, payout service/timer inactive. This closes the Console receipt-recovery fixture/deployment item, not forced worker failure or global charging gates. Gallery recovery PR31 also merged as 7f6bb31d6a1e0c463b15d25520e4321f3f91f80c.
