Deployment evidence
Core ca1f2a1 is deployed at 2026-09-28T19:00:18Z after exact-main CI, fresh production backup/restore and drained cutover. All six workers reconnected. The existing owned credential received the new reduced account view through the public API. Environment, payout controls and generation gates were preserved.
Documents the pre-existing payout policy-expiry failure and still-unexecuted image-worker canaries. No worker runtime upgrade or advanced media activation is claimed.
Docs only; git diff --check passes. This PR does not require another runtime deployment.
