Update README to document NVFP4, which is already upstream but was previously missing: add it to the kernel list (linear + grouped GEMM, E4M3 inner-block scale with optional tensorwise outer scale) and the intro, and extend the GPT-OSS example to show the nvfp4 scheme and the two_level_scaling switch. No functional changes—docs only.
