Enforce strict Ring 3 privilege isolation with IOPL=0 (RFLAGS 0x0202) on userspace entry, integrate x86_64 process scheduler lifecycle and syscall dispatcher capability checks, verify PS/2 input drivers and PCI VirtIO block/network devices, validate bounded kernel IPC and initd service lifecycle management (registration, dependency resolution, health monitoring, restart policy, and quarantine), enable interactive software double-buffered AYUI window compositor and desktop shell with Start Menu launcher, and connect native applications and persistent AweFs VFS storage engine.
