Yes, I'm fluent in Spanish and Italian. I'd be happy to be a contributor!

My ORCID (not an ideal way for a request but still)

Add multilingual README files for French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Arabic languages. Update existing English and Spanish README files with a unified navigation bar to allow switching between all translated versions.

Translate README into French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Arabic
Cleaned up the Spanish README translation, removing a self-promotional/defacing line and replacing awkward/literal translations with professional and natural terminology while preserving necessary acronyms. Also translated the NASA attribution block at the end.

This commit refines, standardizes, and localizes the project's README documentation across all supported languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Arabic).

Key changes:
- Localized and translated tool heading names consistently across French, Italian, Portuguese, and German files.
- Corrected typos (e.g., French 'éclipses solares' -> 'solaires', Italian 'integrité' -> 'integrità').
- Polished Arabic and English phrasing for greater professional clarity.
- Verified that all navigation menus and hyperlink structures are aligned and robust.

Refine and localize multilingual README files
Refine and localize tool headings in all translated READMEs to strictly
follow the convention: [Translated Title (Original English Tool Name - Acronym) (Year)](URL).
Specifically, standardizes the headings for 'ES WAVES' across all non-English
READMEs, and headings for 'AudioMoth Metadata Extractor (AME)' and 'AZUS'
in the Arabic README file.
